Self-organisational and Executive Functioning Skills for home and school.

Is your child always losing their belongings? Does your child struggle to meet assignment deadlines? They could be struggling with their executive functioning skills.

​Executive functioning skills allow your child to plan, focus attention, remember and juggle multiple tasks. They are vital for maintaining relationships, hobbies, studying and general day to day life. 

​This fantastic course (for 11 to 15 year olds) was developed by Kidz Therapy therapists after identifying that many children struggle with their self-organisational and executive functioning skills. Feedback we've received from schools and parents too. ​

Start date: Thursday 22nd February 2024 (runs for 6 weeks).

Session times: 4.00pm to 5.00pm each week.

Study Skills and Strategies - Years 9 to 13

Practical, explicit skills and strategies to improve your child's academic potential.

Study Skills are learned skills that can be reinforced and refined with practice. These popular workshops are designed to assist students up to Year 13, and University students upon request.

Students will take home a 60+ page study guide to help them apply their new skills on a day-to-day basis. This guide was developed collaboratively by Marie Kelly, Educational Psychologist and KTL Tuition Founder. 

Date: Sunday 24th March 2024

Time:  1.00pm to 4.30pm.

Study Skills and Strategies - Years 7 & 8

Practical, explicit skills and strategies to improve your child's academic potential.

This new workshop is designed to enhance the abilities of intermediate school students as they get ready to transition to high school.

Students will take home a 40+ page study guide to help them apply their new skills on a day-to-day basis. This guide was developed collaboratively by Marie Kelly, Educational Psychologist and KTL Tuition Founder.
